Services DMV Harvest Haulers provides seasonal pumpkin delivery to households in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Our services include:
Delivery of fresh, high-quality pumpkins in various sizes and types.
Optional add-ons, such as mini-pumpkins or fall decor bundles, subject to availability.
Delivery within specified time windows during late September to early October.
3. Ordering and Payment
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
Order Process: Orders are placed via our Squarespace website (https://www.dmvharvesthaulers.com/). All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Pricing: Prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes and delivery fees unless stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions (e.g., pumpkin supply).
Payment: We accept payments via Squarespace Commerce (e.g., credit/debit cards, digital wallets). Payment is due at the time of order. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

4. Delivery
Service Area: We deliver to Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia. Check our website for specific coverage areas.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries occur during designated windows in late September to early October. We’ll provide estimated delivery times upon order confirmation.
Delivery Conditions: You must ensure someone is available to receive the pumpkins or provide a safe delivery location (e.g., porch). We are not responsible for pumpkins stolen or damaged after delivery due to customer absence or improper storage.
Delays: We strive for timely delivery but are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you of significant delays.
5. Returns and Refunds
At DMV Harvest Haulers, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality pumpkins to your doorstep in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia during the fall season (late September to early October). Due to the perishable nature of our pumpkins, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product quality. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
Timeframe: You must request a return or refund within 48 hours of delivery to ensure we address issues while the pumpkins remain fresh.
Condition: Pumpkins must be in their original condition (unwashed, uncarved, undamaged) and show no signs of spoilage due to improper storage by the customer.
Eligible Reasons:
Damaged or Defective Pumpkins: Pumpkins delivered with significant damage (e.g., cracked, moldy, or spoiled upon arrival).
Incorrect Order: Wrong pumpkin type, size, or quantity delivered compared to your order.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
Pumpkins that have been carved, painted, decorated, or otherwise modified.
Pumpkins spoiled due to improper storage (e.g., left in extreme heat or cold after delivery).
Orders where a return/refund request is made more than 48 hours after delivery, due to the perishable nature of pumpkins.
Return and Refund Process

Provide your order number, delivery date, and a brief description of the issue. For damaged or defective pumpkins, include clear photos showing the issue.
Verification:
We’ll review your request within 24 hours and respond with approval or further instructions.
Resolution:
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned pumpkins (if applicable). Refunds cover the cost of the pumpkins; delivery fees are refunded only for incorrect or damaged orders.
Replacements: For damaged or incorrect orders, we may offer a replacement (subject to availability) at no additional cost, delivered within 1–2 business days.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: Provide correct delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Pumpkin Care: Store pumpkins in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness. We are not liable for spoilage due to improper storage.
Use of Pumpkins: Pumpkins are for decorative or culinary use. We are not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.
7. Limitations of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of your order. We are not responsible for indirect damages, such as loss of enjoyment or property damage from pumpkin use.
Pumpkins are provided “as is.” We strive to deliver high-quality products but cannot guarantee perfection due to natural variations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (e.g., text, images, logos) is owned by DMV Harvest Haulers or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, DC. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington, DC, unless otherwise required by local laws in Maryland or Virginia.
